why Japanese?

WHY JAPANESE? 

I'm always interested in learning Japanese. I still remember the first term of Japanese I learned------it was もしもしfrom宮崎駿’s movie "魔女の宅急便". Back then, my mom is a huge fan of 宮崎駿, she bought all his works and I grew up watching those movies with Japanese. my favorite was 千と千尋の神隠し。 I watched more than time times. 

When I was in primary school, Japanese animation started to become popular in China. And I started to watch animes like 名探偵コナン and 夏目友人帳. I started to listen to more and more Japanese and started to fall in love with its tone. It is a really beautiful and gentle language. I always imagine myself speaking Japanese and bowl to people just like those characters would do in anime. My favorite anime is 空の境界 where the main character tends to wear kimono. So I started to learn about kimono and Japanese culture. I'm really interested in Japanese culture and its history. I found the history of 戰國時代 especially fascinating.  I'm also really interested in ちゃどう although I haven't had a chance to try it. 

Another reason why I wanna learn Japanese is I like Japanese literature.  I like the way, Japanese author depicts everything so cautiously and carefully. The way they describe nature and beauty are fascinating( Although I read translated version.) I like the deep philosophy hide under their words. I like 川端康成（ Kawabata Yasunari), especially his 古都(koto), 三島由紀夫（Mishima Yukio）especially his 潮騷. I also like Japan's detective novels, 东野圭吾 is my favorite writer of detective novels. I love his 惡意. I like these writers and their books very much. I really wish I could be able to read these masterpieces in Japanese one day. 

Overall, I'm really interested in Japanese culture. I wish I could be able to speak in Japanese, read Japanese books and write haiku one day.
